LOS ÁNGELES, California.— As the Mexican military heavy armored vehicle, known as rhino, departed one of Mexico’s maximum security prisons before the morning light on May 25, Nestor Isidro Pérez, known as ‘El Nini’, head of security of ‘Los Chapitos’, sat angry and worried.
A few minutes before five Mexican federal agents showed up to his cell to inform him that he was going to be extradited. ‘El Nini’ was then escorted by several Mexican Marine officers. Two of those agents speak out with saga about ‘El Nini’s’ last minutes in Mexico.
